  The woman serving was so miserable and I understand it's not a glamorous job but still, a smile wouldn't have killed her. They missed off half our order and the toilets were disgusting! Won't be bothering next time.

  Can only rate this against other fast food joints like McDonald's. My food was the usual standard of these places. Seems clean. If your hungry go there.

  Not bad to be a fast-food.
  The place is clean and have a large variety of food, not just burgers.
  The kids loved the plain burgers and chips.

  It was packed that day. One really good thing was that they had barriers in place to guide the queue rather than the free-for-all you normally get. The self-serve drinks were also good.
  
  The downside was that most of the floor was wet - it seemed like a whole load of football kids had just been through the restaurant; the toilets were quite muddy. I'd probably avoid a Sunday lunchtime again...
