The pizza was over cooked and 30mins late. The pizza was ordered at 9pm and due at 10pm but didn't arrive till 10-30pm. I phoned at 10-10 to ask if there is a delay and the whereabouts of my pizza and they were rude and short.
No effort was made to say sorry or offer me a refund or voucher for the poor service.March 15, 2017
